Throughout his career, he has overseen all aspects of crop production, facility operations, staff development, and quality control, with a strong focus on efficiency, sustainability, and continuous improvement. Greg is passionate about growing high-quality crops and creating opportunities for others to learn and succeed in agricultural environments.
Hailey Aversa
Workforce Development Manager
Hailey brings extensive experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. A Certified Employment Support Professional, she founded the nonprofit Merging Happiness & Inclusion, which provides employment and community services in Nashville, TN. Hailey is passionate about helping individuals build skills, achieve their goals, and thrive in the workplace beyond.
Nicole Rodriguez
Workforce Development Coordinator
With a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and more than 15 years of experience, Nicole brings a diverse background supporting individuals with special needs across school, residential, community, and clinical settings. She is passionate about creating individualized, practical opportunities that help students build skills, reach their goals, and gain greater independence in their communities.
