This simple, flavorful favorite is perfect for a quick snack or elegant holiday hors d’oeuvres. You can use any type of berries—raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, or a mix for a delicious combination. The creamy brie, accented by the fresh berries, is elevated with a drizzle of luxurious truffle honey and Greens Do Good microgreens. One of our most popular, easy-to-make hors d’oeuvres, it packs a wonderful flavor profile that pairs beautifully with your favorite wine or rosé. Enjoy the freshness!
Ingredients
- 1 French baguette, sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Truffle honey to taste
- 1 tray of juicy ripe strawberries sliced thin
- Spreadable brie or thinly sliced creamy brie
- Small bunch Greens Do Good microgreens
Step by Step Instructions
- Slice the baguette into thin slices and place on a sheet pan.
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 5 minutes in an oven preheated to 350 degrees.
- Remove toasted baguette crostini and spread with brie or thinly sliced brie cheese. Can use ricotta cheese as well if brie isn’t available.
- Elegantly place thinly sliced strawberries on top of the cheese covered crostini.
- Gently drizzle the truffle honey on top as much as you like!
- Top with greens do good micro-greens for a beautiful nutritious treat that your guests will love!
